Job Title: Customer Care Agent Location: SISYA CLASS Office Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 Years (preferably in EdTech or customer support) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, and at least one regional language About SISYA CLASS: SISYA CLASS is a fast-growing EdTech platform offering live, AI-powered learning experiences for students from Grades 1 to 12. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and app chat support for students and parents. Guide new users through the app installation, account setup, course activation, and class joining process. Troubleshoot technical and access-related issues and escalate to technical support when needed. Follow up with leads and users for app usage, attendance, renewals, and subscription-related queries. Maintain CRM data with accurate logs of interactions, complaints, and feedback. Coordinate with academic mentors and operations teams for smooth resolution of student/parent concerns. Send timely reminders and updates about classes, quizzes, and important notifications. Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy. Promote SISYA CLASS offerings and upgrades wherever relevant to build trust and long-term engagement. Key Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or academic counseling (EdTech preferred). Strong communication skills – verbal and written. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and messages daily. Familiar with using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
