Job Description

As an applicant for the position, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will assist in responding to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat. Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating when necessary will be part of your duties. Additionally, providing product/service information to customers, maintaining records of customer interactions, and following up on pending issues will be crucial tasks. You will support in creating FAQs and help desk documentation, gather customer feedback, and suggest process improvements. Collaborating with other departments to ensure quick resolution of issues and assisting in processing orders, refunds, and returns (if applicable) will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in responding to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat. - Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. - Provide product/service information to customers. - Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. - Support in creating FAQs and help desk documentation. - Gather customer feedback and suggest process improvements. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick resolution of issues. - Assist in processing orders, refunds, and returns (if applicable). Qualification Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus. - A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
