Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Gwalior. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and creating content for various social media platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media performance (SMO), and engaging with our audience. Additional tasks include analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and staying updated on social media trends to enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

•  Plan and schedule posts across platforms
• Write captions and curate content that aligns with Ekanga’s tone
• Engage with community via comments and DMs
• Assist in campaigns, influencer collaborations, and storytelling
• Track performance and trends to refine strategy
• Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, reels, and stories

What We’re Looking For:

• A fresh perspective and love for digital storytelling
• Strong writing skills and an eye for aesthetic content
• Basic understanding of Instagram features, analytics, and trends
• Self-driven and open to learning
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or basic design/video editing tools is a plus
• Passion for mindfulness, design, or community-building is welcome
