Job Description Key Responsibilities Key Responsibility Area 1 – Sales Order entry & order maintenance 50% Assist with order entry & order maintenance in our ERP system Problem-solving with order logistics & shipping questions Reviewing orders & order flows Key Responsibility Area 2 – Warranty claims processing & administration – 50% Assist with warranty claim processing Provide efficient & accurate warranty resolutions for customers Skills, Experience & Attributes Educational Background – degree in business or similar, or proven understanding of commercial practices. 3-5 years’ experience in a customer support or customer-facing role, preferably across multiple countries in APAC. Experience using MS suite of products in particular MS Dynamics, Teams, Excel & Oracle JDE ERP preferred, CMS experience considered a bonus Industry experience – hospitality industry preferred but not essential, bicycle retail or wholesale an advantage Skills – Time management, complex & technical problem solving, critical thinking, communication across cultures & extreme curiosity & willingness to learn.
