Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner. - Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product-related queries. - Resolve complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits. - Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. - Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Monitor and escalate issues that require higher-level intervention. - Provide product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions. - Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve processes, products, and overall customer experience. Requirements - Prior experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce or retail). - Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. - Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with patience and empathy. - Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM tools, and MS Office. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. - Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or peak festive seasons when required. - Educational qualification: Graduate (any stream). Preferred Skills - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems. - Familiarity with online payment systems, returns, and refund processes. - Multilingual skills (Hindi/English/regional languages).
