Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner. - Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product-related queries. - Resolve complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits. - Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. - Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Monitor and escalate issues that require higher-level intervention. - Provide product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions. - Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve processes, products, and overall customer experience. Requirements - Prior experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce or retail). - Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. - Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with patience and empathy. - Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM tools, and MS Office. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. - Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or peak festive seasons when required. - Educational qualification: Graduate (any stream). Job Overview: We’re looking for a talented and passionate Videographer who can shoot daily, high-quality videos of our fabrics and dress material. Your job is to capture creative angles, movements, and details that make our fabrics look stunning and scroll-worthy on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Shoot daily video content of fabrics, textiles, and related products. Capture creative angles and shots that highlight texture, print, color, and flow. Plan and execute different styles of video shoots – product close-ups, fabric draping, motion shots, etc. Coordinate with the marketing team to create videos that boost reach and engagement. Ensure lighting, focus, and framing are perfect for every shot. Maintain all camera equipment and shooting setups. Requirements: Proven experience in videography, preferably in fashion, textile, or product-based shoots. Excellent knowledge of camera handling, lighting setup, and composition. Strong creative sense – ability to visualize what looks good on social media. Understanding of trending video styles and aesthetics for Instagram & Reels. Self-motivated and able to shoot independently with consistency and creativity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience shooting fabrics, sarees, or fashion content. Familiarity with Jaipur’s textile and hand block print industry. Portfolio of past video work (required for shortlisting).
