Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive, your role will involve managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. You will follow call center scripts to address various customer topics, identify their needs, provide clarifications, conduct research on issues, and offer suitable solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to upsell products, build strong customer relationships, and maintain detailed records of all interactions in the call center database. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing high call volumes promptly - Adhering to communication scripts for different topics - Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and offering solutions - Seizing opportunities for upselling - Building sustainable relationships and going the extra mile to engage customers - Maintaining comprehensive records of all conversations - Attending educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance - Meeting personal and team targets effectively To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Prior experience in customer support - Proven track record of exceeding quotas - Strong phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Customer-centric approach and adaptability to diverse personality types - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently - Graduation Degree, preferably in Commerce or Accounts Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
