Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers through phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage customer escalations in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues related to products/services in a fair and efficient way.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in after sales service or similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
