We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and ensure exceptional service for our clients. The role involves managing customer queries, providing solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher departments when necessary.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,936.69 - ₹40,017.38 per month
