Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of client and internal projects. You will work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and task lists Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deadlines Schedule and facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow Identify risks and issues and escalate them to the project manager when necessary Support in quality checks and ensure project deliverables meet expected standards Maintain documentation and files for easy access and audits Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management , or a related field 1–2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp) Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,112.72 - ₹25,000.07 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
