The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is suitable for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
