Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our jewellery brand’s sales team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers — building relationships, understanding their needs, and promoting our exquisite jewellery collections over phone calls. Success in this role means meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the brand’s growth through strong rapport-building and product expertise. This position plays a key role in connecting our customers to our craftsmanship and ensuring they remain loyal to our brand. We also offer attractive incentives for every sale closed, making this a rewarding opportunity for high performers.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery products and generate sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.
  • Provide detailed product information, including materials, designs, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally, ensuring excellent service and accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system after each interaction.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns related to orders, deliveries, or products promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on promotions, offers, and sales strategies.
  • Track and report daily call volumes, conversion rates, and sales performance to management.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and persuasive communication style to build trust and drive sales.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, jewellery trends, and competitor offerings.


Qualifications

  • Graduate or diploma holder (preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or a retail sales role (jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work towards and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Passion for jewellery products and a keen eye for detail.
