Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Mohali district. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, provide exceptional customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers in selecting the right products.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
