Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Mohali. The CSR will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing consistent customer support. Additionally, the CSR will assist in maintaining a high-quality customer experience, addressing customer concerns promptly, and facilitating effective communication between customers and the company. Having experience in dispatch will be plus point. Qualifications Experience in managing Customer Experience and Customer Service Representatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs Prior experience in logistics or supply-chain management is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
