Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide information about products and services. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude toward customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about company products or services.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
