We at Netimpact are looking for smart professionals to join our Banking Process.

Location

Qualification

Shift:

5.5 working days /week

Salary

Handling escalations on email.

Providing resolutions to the customer over email.

Proficient in Written English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.

Experience in handling email grievances/queries would be an advantage.

Candidates with immediate joining are preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Min. 1 year of experience in customer support is required,

Experience in Email support will be preferred.

Good communication and written skills in English is a must
