We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-4 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and eager to help resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and resolve issues.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
