Job Summary:
The Customer Calling Marketing Executive will be responsible for outbound customer calls to generate interest, promote the company's products, support lead generation efforts, and assist the sales team with high-quality client engagement and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, and existing customersDeliver marketing messages using pre-defined scripts and talking pointsQualify leads based on client needs, interest, and buying capacityMaintain and update records in CRM softwareSchedule meetings or product demos for the sales teamBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers to support retentionGather customer feedback and relay market insights to the marketing teamMeet daily and monthly KPIs related to call volumes, lead generation, and conversions
