Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international voice process calls with fluency in English language.
Work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
Participate in outbound calling campaigns to promote products/services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/call center).
Fluent English communication skills for effective interaction with international clients.
Ability to work on 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
