Designation: CAM - Customer Account Manager
Location: Mumbai - Seawoods Location
Job Brief: As a CAM at JSW Steel Limited in the West Region, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively. This position is responsible for business for assigned geography. Proficient in sales process and achieve sales objectives (ABP) sales & revenue targets for the products, efficient in sales planning & execution as per plan
This position requires a candidate with 3-6 years of experience in customer account management, strong industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
    • Streamline and improve existing sales to maintain JSW share-of-business
    • Development of new customers and business to improve SOB
    • Achieve sales targets as per Monthly and Annual Business Plan
    • Timely payment collection from the customers
    • Increase in sales of Products.
    • Market assessment & Competition mapping
    • Coordination with Plant and stock-yard to ensure timely delivery
    • Plan and manage optimum material stock at local stock-yard
    • Handle quality complaints along with technical team and timely resolution of the issues.
    • Develop cordial relationship with customers and other agencies involved in business.
    • Production Planning and Coordination with plant at HO

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and steel industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
