JOBPURPOSE

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES

• 
  DeliverAccountsPayableinatimelyandefficientmanner

o Processing,verifying,reconciling,accountingandpaymentofvendorinvoices,payroll,staffclaim,Inter-company,taxand statutorydues.

• 
  Carry out Vendor reconciliations including obtaining vendor balance confirmations, AP ageinganalysis, action plan to clear open items, monitoring and reporting debit balances and balanceswith specifiedvendors
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and work tobuildsustainable processes
• EnsuremonthendcloseactivitiesarecompletedasperthetimelinesforAPclose,accrualsor
• provisionsanyadjustments
• Maintainrobustinternalcontrols
