Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the overall operation of the plant, ensuring efficient production and resource utilization.
Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, productivity, and quality.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize plant operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in plant control and management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience with plant accounting and financial reporting.
