CSR Programm Manager - Sustainability, Director

As a Programme Manager, youll define the programme in partnership with stakeholders, defining appropriate objectives, structure and scope, and leading the articulation of the financial business case for the programme. Youll identify and manage the governance and controls appropriate to the complexities of the programme and ensure that all the programme deliverables adhere to the agreed governance and risk frameworks.

Youll also:

• Make sure that the delivery of the project outcomes and services from the projects meet programme strategic objectives
• Own, define and manage programme plans, controls and resource plans and status or progress reporting on plans and controls
• Work with the delivery teams to make sure appropriate resources are assigned to deliver the programme
• Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decision making in line with business objectives
• Be accountable for programme level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies

Youll need an appropriate programme management qualification, and experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget successfully. You should also have Portfolio management skills - Ability to design, align, and evaluate CSR projects handling large-scale multiple thematic projects ( environment, livelihood, education).

Youll also need:

• Experience of delivering strategic programmes that support a business strategy and its growth agenda
• Experience with impact assessment frameworks
• Experience of delivering programme management across various business areas
• Deep understanding of CSR Rules and ability to draft policies and framework
• Influencing skills and stakeholder management to drive CSR outcomes
• Presentation skills with senior stakeholders - CSR Committee and Board level
• Experience with managing high-impact employee volunteering and giving initiatives
