About The Role Duration: 6 months Location: Jaipur, Mysore, Chandigarh , Chennai, Pune, Mangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Chandigarh, Thiruvanthapuram, Indore, Nagpur, Gurugram Timings: Full Time (As per company timings) Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Experience: 7-10 Years Relevant Experience- 5+ Years Requirement BGV - Mandatory, No JNTU candidates Technical skill summary The Developer - CSM serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow CSM platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill. Job Functions Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc. Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow CSM and other applications Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes Responsibilities Serve as a key team member in the ServiceNow CSM support team Support and enhance the ServiceNow CSM module Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, testing, etc. Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions Qualifications Required Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow CSM support, implementation, and enhancements Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow CSM, Service portal, integration, and reporting Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, etc. Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands Excellent analytical and time management skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English Strong stakeholder relationship building skills Strong project management skills Driving Results Good single contributor & good team player.
