CSM developer

As a Developer - CSM, you will be the subject matter expert in ServiceNow CSM platform, Service portal, integrations, and reporting. Your role involves designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow CSM solutions and integrations with other applications. You will provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes. Key responsibilities include serving as a key team member in the ServiceNow CSM support team, supporting and enhancing the ServiceNow CSM module, leading effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders, designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deploying technical solutions. You will manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, testing, etc. It is essential to remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions effectively.
