JOB SUMMARY:

Salesforce CRM owner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Salesforce CRM setup, customization, and hygiene across the group.
• Create and enforce mandatory fields, validation rules, and data governance policies.
• Duplicate leads/contacts and maintain database accuracy.
• Integrate Salesforce with Pardot to ensure MQLs flow correctly to sales queues.
• Build and maintain dashboards: Leads MQLs SQLs Won, segmented by brand/source.
• Train marketing/sales users on Salesforce processes.
• Deliver monthly funnel and pipeline reports for leadership.
• Ensure journey data and A/B test results from Pardot flow into Salesforce campaigns for unified reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce

  Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns

• Hands-on experience with
