Marketing Communications & Lead Generation Specialist
This is a high-visibility role that works closely with leadership, sales, engineering, and product teams to position DATAECONOMY as a leading Data & AI consultancy and accelerator-driven innovation partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Manage, scale, and optimize all corporate social channels (LinkedInprimary, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
- Build and execute
monthly content calendars
aligned to strategic priorities, product launches, GTM themes, and hiring needs. - Craft engaging corporate updates, client success stories, product spotlights, award announcements, and culture narratives.
- Ensure consistent
brand voice, positioning, and visual identity
across all digital touchpoints. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market signals to inform content strategy.
2. Technical Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Produce premium-quality technical content from the technical writing/inputs form technology teams, including:
- Architecture insights and engineering best practices
- Data, Cloud, GenAI, Analytics, and Platform modernization topics
- Use cases, customer value stories, and solution deep dives
- Translate complex technical concepts into
clear, compelling, and customer-friendly narratives
. - Partner with engineering, solution architects, and product owners to co-create:
- Blogs, whitepapers, case studies
- LinkedIn posts, infographics, carousels
- Short-form explainer videos and thought-leadership snippets
- Ensure SEO alignment, keyword optimization, and high content discoverability.
3. Lead Generation & Customer Discovery
- Identify high-potential prospects using:
- Social engagement analytics
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator insights
- Competitor and market intelligence
- Build
content-led lead funnels
targeting CXOs, Directors, Architects, Data Leaders, and Engineering Buyers. - Execute
MQL-generating campaigns
around our solutions, IP accelerators, and industry offerings. - Design nurturing journeys that convert content readers into qualified prospects.
4. Digital Campaigns & Employer Branding
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for:
- Product and services awareness
- Webinars, tech-talks, industry events
- Community and ecosystem engagements
- Strengthen employer brand by showcasing our engineering culture, innovation programs, and DE Garage initiatives.
- Support recruitment marketing with targeted campaigns and culture-forward storytelling.
5. Analytics & Continuous Optimization
- Track campaign and content performance using analytics and social tools.
- Present insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.
- Optimize strategies for reach, engagement, conversion, and lead quality.
Skills & Experience Requirements
6-10 years
of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Technical Content roles.- Proven expertise in
B2B technology marketing
preferably in Cloud, Data, AI, Engineering or related domains. - Strong ability to create
high-quality technical content
for enterprise and professional audiences. - Hands-on experience with:
- Social media management tools
- SEO and inbound marketing practices
- LinkedIn-focused campaigns
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering, sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or product-based organizations.
- Hands-on knowledge of CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot).
- Basic design/video-editing capabilities (Canva, Adobe, Figma).
- Familiarity with
AI-assisted content tools
(ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.). - Experience running paid LinkedIn campaigns (Lead Gen, Message Ads, Sponsored Content).
