Communication Executive

1. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge

2. Influencing and selling jewellery

3. Achieve target - Monthly / Seasonal

4. Interaction with potential customers through voice call / online chat to fix appointment and closure of sales process

5. Ability to create a need for the product for the customer

6. Strict adherence to schedules

7. Addressing all customer queries

8. Following up with the customers

9. Retaining the existing or new customers

10. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel

Education, Certificate

1. Any bachelor degree is mandatory

2. MS Office certification / part of curriculum

Knowledge

1. Knowledge in front-end retail operations

2. Selling & customer service

3. Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver will be an added advantage

Skills

1. Communication - Excellent verbal communication in English(Mandatory) & regional language.

2. Basic computer operating knowledge

3. E-mail communication

Experience

1. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations/online sales.

2. Freshers with high level of communication skills and attitude to serve customers
