CRM/Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing CRM systems to support customer segmentation and communications.
  
• Support the testing of new CRM functionalities from a business perspective.
  
• Help collect and organize reported issues from internal teams and coordinate with the tech team for resolution.
  
• Assist in setting up new CRM instances during client onboarding based on business requirements.
  
• Support the development and execution of lead nurturing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
  
• Monitor lead activity and support the team in tracking leads through the sales funnel.
  
• Help plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
  
• Assist in designing and implementing push notification strategies to increase customer engagement.
  
• Support WhatsApp marketing initiatives and basic workflow automation.
  
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
  
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support coordinated campaign efforts.
  
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and assist with regular data audits.
  
• Stay updated with the latest CRM and digital marketing trends and tools.
  
• Provide general troubleshooting support for CRM-related issues.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
  
• Interest in email, WhatsApp, and push notification marketing.
  
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML or integration tools is a plus, but not required.
  
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in CRM technology and digital marketing.
