Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM Post Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will handle customer relationships after booking, manage documentation, follow up on payments, and support customers until possession.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer communication after booking.
Handle agreements, registration, demand letters, and payment collection.
Coordinate with customers for KYC and documentation.
Update CRM software and maintain accurate records.
Assist customers with queries related to project, payment schedule, and agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams like sales, legal, accounts, and site team.
Prepare reports and share updates with management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth post-sales process.
Support in handover and possession process.
Track and follow up on pending payments.

Required Skills

2-5 years experience in real estate post-sales.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
knowledge of agreements, registry process, and payment schedules.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Sell.Do, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good in MS Excel & documentation.
