Development Manager

Key Role & responsibilities Identify potential sites / societies/ apartments/ Banglows for commercial & residential real estate projects through market research, networking, and industry connections, tenders etc Conduct site visits, assess feasibility, zoning regulations, environmental conditions, and infrastructure requirements. Negotiate with property owners or societies to secure suitable locations at competitive rates. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan project designs and timelines. Develop business cases for proposed developments by analyzing market trends, financial projections, and risk assessments. Job Requirements: Strong understanding of local markets and regulations Excellent negotiation skills and communication and presentation skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/partners. Proven track record of successfully acquiring sites for large-scale developments. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications preferred. we are seeking dynamic and experienced individual to join. Candidate should be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of acquisition.
