To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of Higher Secondary certification or be a graduate in any stream. While prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred, freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Hindi and English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, handle objections with patience, a fondness for children's literature, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude are essential requirements.
