Job Summary:

Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities for all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Manage and oversee hoarding placements, changes, vendor coordination, and reporting.
• Create and execute campaigns across digital platforms.
• Work with designers and content writers to deliver high-quality creatives and copies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize ads, and report results weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate and publish regular newsletter ads in relevant publications and email lists.
• Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
• Liaise with external agencies, media houses, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and native advertising platforms like Taboola.
• Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage.
