Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager located in Chennai. The Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring life insurance agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives. The role will involve managing and motivating a team of agents, developing strategic sales plans, coordinating sales-related activities, and monitoring performance metrics. Additionally, the Development Manager will foster client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure adherence to company values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in strategic planning, sales development, and performance monitoring.
• Sound knowledge of the life insurance industry and related products.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Candidates with relevant certifications in the insurance sector will have an added advantage.
