Were looking for a sharp, agile

CRM & Pre-Sales Manager

who can prune, qualify, and prep every lead for the big win

the demo.

What Youll Be Rocking:

Oversee and refine daily
lead management operations across diverse international markets
.
Manage the
entire lifecycle of inbound leads
across global markets
Keep the CRM squeaky clean and fully synced calls, emails, chats, all of it
Qualify leads through intelligent engagement understand their needs, pain points, and intent
Work closely with the Sales teams to
schedule demos
at the right stage
Track lead progress, identify drop-offs, and plug the gaps with data-backed actions
Support pre-sales readiness by ensuring every lead is well-nurtured and sales-ready

You ll Thrive If You Have

An MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or relevant experience in a similar role).

Hands-on or willing to dabble with

CRM tools

Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.

Strong written and verbal communication

you can engage and excite

without a sales pitch.

Understanding of email marketing flows, engagement techniques, and CRM compliance norms.

A love for structure, detail, and data-driven decision-making.
