Job Description

Use SPUR CRM to update, track, and manage all client interactions. Handle follow-up calls for TTC leads, franchisee leads, subscription-ended clients, abandoned cart leads, expired yoga clients, and feedback calls. Re-engage inactive leads through calls & WhatsApp conversations. Maintain accurate call notes, lead stages, and status updates after every interaction. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for escalations, conversions, and campaign insights. Complete minimum 50 calls per day including sales, follow-ups, and reactivation calls. Ticket Size: Maintain or improve average revenue per converted client PRCB Onboarding: Track & support Pre-Registration / Certification / Bootcamp onboarding progress Lead Closure Ratio: % of leads converted into paid clients Follow-up Success Rate: No. of renewals, reactivations, and abandoned leads recovered CRM Accuracy Score: 100% call notes & status updated daily
