Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive – Post-Sales to manage client relationships after property booking. This role involves being the main point of contact for clients, assisting with legal paperwork, coordinating home loan processes, managing documentation for agreement and registration, and following up on client payments until handover. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our customers throughout the post-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients after booking their property.
  • Assist clients with agreement drafting, registration process, and other legal formalities.
  • Coordinate with legal, sales, and registration teams to ensure timely documentation.
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions to support clients with home loan processing.
  • Follow up with clients for payment milestones as per the payment schedule.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Track and manage each client’s progress through the post-sales lifecycle.
  • Respond to client queries related to legal documents, payments, and possession timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Engineering, etc.) to resolve issues.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and ensure a transparent communication channel.
  • Handle any post-sale service requests or concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate post-sales or client relationship roles.
  • Strong understanding of property registration, legal documentation, and home loan procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [local language and/or English].
  • Organized, with great attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client files simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate companies.
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations and compliance .
  • Experience in coordinating with banks and handling loan disbursement documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
