The ideal candidate will be responsible for legal coordination, loan processing, documentation, and timely follow-ups on payments—ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and support our clients through the critical post-sales phase until final villa handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating legal documentation, assisting clients with home loan processing, tracking and following up on payments, and ensuring timely progress updates. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, resolving concerns, and delivering a seamless, professional, and stress-free handover experience. The CRM will work closely with internal departments such as legal, finance, and site teams to align on timelines and deliverables, upholding our commitment to excellent customer service. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a post-sales or CRM role in real estate or related industry. Familiarity with property documentation, RERA norms, and loan processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong client-handling skills with a problem-solving attitude.
