CRM Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at our company, you will be responsible for efficiently handling customer queries and demonstrating leadership within the team. Your role will involve a variety of duties including providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the team's performance. Responsibilities: - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner - Manage and maintain customer databases and records - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalations - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed Requirements: - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Preferred) Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with email scheduling tools like Email Scheduler and Boomerang - Bilingual in Spanish and English - Experience in implementing CRM software solutions This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the preferred work location is in person. The ideal candidate will have a total of 4 years of work experience.
