Key Responsibilities: Own and manage end-to-end customer relationship journey. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure consistent client experience. Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights for business growth. Manage CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Run customer lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.). Handle escalations, feedback, and resolution protocols. Drive automation workflows and drip campaigns to improve engagement. Maintain regular reporting and dashboards to track CRM KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience of 2+ years in a CRM, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing role. Strong understanding of CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Knowledge of ecommerce or D2C brand ecosystem is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability. Ability to multitask and handle multiple brand portfolios.
