Job Description

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and analytical Amazon eCommerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence on the Amazon marketplace. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing performance, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of our Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts. Create, update, and optimize product listings using keyword research and A+ Content. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stockouts or overstock. Plan and execute advertising campaigns via Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, and DSP. Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Handle customer service issues, feedback, and reviews in coordination with internal teams. Stay informed on Amazon policies, trends, and algorithm changes. Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to align strategies. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts. Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, algorithm, and advertising. Proficiency with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar. Excellent analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards (Excel, Looker, etc.). Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with Indian Amazon marketplaces Knowledge of brand registry, FBA operations, and Amazon compliance issues. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Walmart Marketplace is a plus.
