Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM data with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and follow up on leads generated via campaigns, walk-ins, and digital portals.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely communication with prospects.
  • Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and client engagement.
  • Support customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Assist in customer engagement programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Document all client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate or sales-focused industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
