Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Telecaller & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities by making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires proven experience in sales and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Proactively call potential customers from provided databases to introduce our products/services and generate qualified leads. Sales Closure: Manage the full sales cycle for smaller accounts, from initial contact to closing the deal. Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with new and existing clients. Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant products or services. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas. Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain all call information and customer details in the CRM system. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
