Working Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.45 PM (IST)

🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for smart, multi-skilled, and highly disciplined female professionals with proven experience in outbound tele-calling,
CRM handling, and coordination.
The role involves connecting with schools, scheduling appointments, raising invoices, managing CRM data, and supporting the on-field sales team to drive business conversions.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to schools and preschools across different states.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the on-field sales team.
Maintain and update all customer data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Prepare and manage invoices, estimates, and payment reminders.
Coordinate courier follow-ups and documentation.
Maintain daily communication and coordination with on-field marketing/sales teams.
Share creative ideas for improving customer engagement and lead generation.
Build and maintain excellent client relationships through professional communication.

who can manage professional tele-calling, CRM, and coordination work independently.
Eligibility Criteria✅ Female candidates only (Work From Home / Hybrid role).
✅ Must be currently based in Bangalore – Mandatory office attendance every Monday & Saturday.
✅ Excellent English communication and Any one regional language (as per assigned state):
Karnataka: Kannada + English
Tamil Nadu: Tamil + English
North India: Hindi / Marathi + English
Andhra / Telangana: Telugu + English
Essential Experience (Mandatory)Proven Outbound Telecalling experience – must have prior calling exposure.
Strong skills in Scheduling, Follow-up, and Appointment Coordination.
Hands-on experience using CRM tools for leads and data management.
Experience in Invoice generation, Estimate preparation, and Payment tracking.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
