Job Summary We are hiring experienced female telecallers who are confident, target-driven, and fluent in English and regional languages. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them, coordinating with the field team, and contributing actively to the sales targets. Prior experience in outbound calling and CRM systems is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Clearly explain the company’s products and services to potential customers. Make outbound sales calls and follow-ups to generate and convert leads. Understand customer needs by asking the right questions and offer appropriate solutions. Assist field executives in appointment scheduling and coordination. Facilitate the company’s sales process by going the extra mile to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Use CRM software and telephone systems effectively to track and document all interactions. Maintain daily call logs and submit structured daily/weekly reports to the supervisor. Follow up for payment collections where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals and targets. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telecalling, telemarketing. Completion of a sales-related training program is an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and telephony systems. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales effectively. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. Professional, positive attitude with a passion for customer interaction and goal achievement. Female candidates only.
