Job Description

  • Understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and close sales.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of products, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Adhere to telesales scripts, processes, and company guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to managers on customer trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong phone handling skills and an active listening mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
