Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and sales
- Pitch products/services to potential customers
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain customer database and records
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Should be fluent in Tamil,Malayalam and English
