Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, and optimise CRM data, support sales/marketing teams, ensure smooth workflow automation, and help drive business efficiency through accurate reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM including data updates, lead management, and workflow monitoring.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency across all departments.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and key metrics for leadership.
• Support sales teams with day-to-day CRM queries and troubleshooting.
• Assist in implementing new Salesforce features, automation, and system improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure CRM processes align with business requirements.
• Track and monitor sales pipelines, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Conduct routine system audits and ensure best practices in data management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience working on CRM / Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead lifecycle, and sales processes.
• Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Admin Certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
