The CRM will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related interactions. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. The incumbent will track client vehicles, keep customers informed about delivery status, and proactively communicate any anticipated delays to ensure a seamless customer experience. Once deliveries are completed, the role includes sharing invoices with clients, assisting with basic invoicing and related documentation, and following up on payments as per agreed timelines. Post-delivery feedback will be collected to assess customer satisfaction and improve service quality. A key expectation of this role is to build strong rapport and trust with clients so that they consistently reach out to the CRM for support and issue resolution rather than escalating matters to senior management. Candidate Requirement - Commerce background preferred Minimum 1 year experience in CRM, Key Accounts, or Client Coordination role Basic understanding of invoicing and billing processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, well-organized, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Female candidates only Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
