CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer records in the CRM system with accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to streamline customer interactions.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Generate CRM reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in implementing CRM automation, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and data protection standards.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM operations, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
